Courage Can Be Learned - With Dr. Robert Biswas-Diener, Positive Psychologist
In this episode I talk to Dr. Robert Biswas-Diener.
Robert is known as the Indiana Jones of Positive Psychology. He is a psychologist, researcher, trainer, and author. He is particularly interested in positive topics such as wellbeing, social support, and courage. Even though there are person-to-person differences in courage, Robert believes that it is a trainable skill. He has conducted workshops with Queensland Police, Australia Department of Defense, and Standard Chartered Bank, among many others. He also trains coaches in how to assess risk and be appropriately vulnerable.
