In this episode I talk to Dr. Jonathan Young.

Jonathan is a psychologist who consults with organizational leaders and arts professionals.

He teaches at the Pacifica Graduate Institute and Antioch University in Santa Barbara.

His background includes assisting mythologist Joseph Campbell at seminars and serving as founding curator of the Joseph Campbell Archives and Library.

In this episode I explore with Jonathan three main topics, namely,

  • The uses of wisdom stories in personal exploration.
  • How appreciating the mythic imagination gives us tools to deal with difficult experiences.
